I am in receipt of your “compliance” with a fraction of the mediation agreement.  I will try to be brief:
A.    Mailing 5 (five) sheets of school work while omitting pictures, report cards, art work and anything of substance is not compliance.  Mailing 3 (three) sheets of homework the same day as the previous mailing in a different mailing is wastefuX
B.    Forcing earlier phone calls and hanging up the telephone when [daughter] and I are in the middle of a telephone conversation is rude and not in compliance.
C.    Ending webcam chats PRIOR to the time limit of (30 minutes) despite [daughter]’s begging you to let her stay on is simply inexcusable.
D.    Restricting [daughter]’s mailing purposely not allowing her to receive specific post cards from [Step Mother] and [sibling] or not retrieving her mail for her is neither compliance nor appreciated.

Your behavior and attitude towards this process has been duly noted.  We will see you in mediation on Monday.
X
