[Custodial Dad] & [spelled incorrectly Step Mother]h,
I called much earlier.
You did not answer.
You called a few minutes ago.
You are gettin [RESTURANT] dinner out.
[daughter] can talk or eat.
She is hungry for dinner.
I offer her to go eat, as you all are eating as she is on call
So she has to end call to eat.
Why set this up so poorly for contact?
I will call back later to speak with her.
Lack of funds to come down for mediation on time? Excuses , excuses = frustration, frustration.
You are out to [RESTURANT].
[daughter] said you had family photos taken professionally last weekend.
Check the cost of plane tickets to come for court MEDIATION- an option?
Two of you need to travel? Where will my child be?
Who needs two of you when ONE is required?
Why travel as if it is a vacation? Its court, guys.
Two tickets and you are broke? When you NEED one ticket?
Send ONE of you- I don’t care which one comes to mediation.
Pay your fair share of fare for [daughter]’s summer?
Where is the money coming from if- as [Custodial Dad’s other state lawyer] wirtes: “both [Custodial Dad] and [spelled incorrectly Step Mother] lost theri jobs.”
[spelled incorrectly Step Mother] has a job?
Thought she was a stay at home Mom- of ten years- in fact?
Why is DCF at your door?
Why don’t you answer emails with attention to what is asked?
Please respond to ALL my messages you have left unanswered- thus frustratin cisits, calls, etc..
Best of luck.
[The Ex]
