[The Ex],
[daughter]’s siblings and I are prepared to travel to [other state] to see her this coming weekend. You had stated in five different emails and at mediation that she was indeed available. I am not sure if the results are in with Dr. [Court Appointed Psychologist] so I have contacted [Second visitation Supervisor] to confirm her availability for this Friday and Saturday (November 28 and 29th.) I will ask [Custodial Dad’s other state lawyer] to run this by [Ex’s first other state lawyer] to ensure we are all on the same page and that we can get an early confirmation as this trip revolves solely around [daughter].
Thank you,
x

~ Time is that quality of nature which keeps events from happening all at once. Lately it doesn’t seem to be working.
