[Second visitation Supervisor],
I cannot assume your availability the holiday - day, however; what might your potential availability be for this-coming-weekend-itself be?
[Step Mother] and I are thinking of approaching [The Ex] about the entire [last name] family coming down for a visit.
Let me be clear, though:
A)    [The Ex] does NOT know at this moment of our pre-plan(s)
B)    This ‘plan’ will hinge on two components

1)    Your availability - or your ability to recommend someone suitable for supervision – and [The Ex]’s willingness to accept that person.
2)    [The Ex]’s—willingness—to allow an un-scheduled visit (although we have several e-mails of her saying [daughter] could be available)
C)    [Step Mother] and I getting a hotel/motel room etc

That said; is there a potential for supervision availability?
Thank you

[Custodial Dad],
sorry for the delayed response.  We’re not celebrating thanksgiving this year for a variety of reasons therefore, I could make myself available.  It will depend on how much time you were contemplating.  What do you have in mind?

~ Time is that quality of nature which keeps events from happening all at once. Lately it doesn’t seem to be working.
