I must admit I am highly disappointed yet again. The webcam was a brilliant idea but in the five weeks since you mentioned, it I am a bit dismayed that you are getting around to verifying account information this morning at 8:15 when we were supposed to start at 8 am supposedly last Sunday.  The weeks prior allowed you plenty of opportunity to set this up, after all it is your suggestion.
She asked if I could log on to PBSKids, however I was logged on to Webcam waiting since 7:43 this morning.  The simple fact that [daughter] was on PBSkids.org instead
of you taking the time to set up the webcam leaves me very disappointed and saddened...
I overheard [daughter] ask you if we could chat on webcam later today, with a little notice, I can most definitely available to try again later today after
[daughter]’s party.  We were starting out on such a good note and I do hope that we can continue this, as it is evident that webcam and phone chats are
standard protocol in these procedures.  Its best we get accustomed to what the courts will be ordering soon enough.
I hope you both enjoy the day and that [daughter] enjoys her Spring Break.  Had I known, we could have made arrangements for [daughter] to travel to [home state] or I
to [other state].  I would like to discuss that with you soon as the summer is coming.
I am still waiting to confirm the address for the package to send to [daughter].  I am all set to send it out but [daughter]’s  Great -Grandmother stated that you
don’t receive things from that address.  I would hate for the package to be returned.
