I am offering, again, an opportunity to do a run through [webcam software] set up with you PRIOR to Sunday.  I can help assure that your daughter will not be disappointed again.

Is there are reason you now have four accounts?  Are you attempting to install [webcam software] on a new computer?  You made mention of setting up on two computers several times.  You can not run [webcam software] concurrently on separate machines.  The first contact in your list, [webcam software] TEST call is there to ensure you are indeed connected and able to make/receive phone calls.

If my statement of “Poor [daughter]” upset you, it should.  [daughter] should not be subjected to an hour of you “figuring out” [webcam software] during her scheduled time for her to speak with her family and [daughter] should know that I feel bad for her being caught in this fiasco, yet again.
