Hi [The Ex];

I realize that while you are reading my messages, you don’t reply for whatever reason.  If my messages annoy you, harass you or otherwise both you - feel free to let me know.

I wanted to state for the record, that my statement that your connection was faulty was neither an accusation or a personal affront.  My statement was based on the fact that I ran pings and internal connection tests in addition to doing a [webcam software] test call  Further, after your call disconnected the many times, it stated that “User is not online.”  I am attaching one of the screen shots that I took during the hour long connection attempt.  My thoughts to your connection is that you are using a wireless router that is neither dedicated nor secure with a wavering connection.  As I have offered before, I think I can walk you through a better wireless connection, if you would like.  I think if you are borrowing internet, hosting your own computer on your own connection would be beneficial OR if you have a DSL/Cable modem that you secure it so you are not running multiple machines (neighbors that are borrowing your connection.)

It seems as though when our opinions differ you get easily frustrated and hang up.  [Custodial Dad] and I are not trying to frustrate the situation.  I am sure, you are not trying to frustrate us either.  We are all working towards the greater good of a conversation like the one that occurred this evening to become the norm.  Regardless what I, [Custodial Dad] or his family thinks of you, our only goal is a healthy, happy relationship with [daughter] which hopefully is your same goal.  I think by ensuring a good internet connection is a positive step in the right direction.
