Hi, [Custodial Dad].

[daughter] at my RN Graduation:
Please reconsider having [daughter] be with me here for my graduation. It is of no financial cost to you.  We will do door to door pick up and drop off, as I offered.  Please talk with [daughter] and you will see that it is important to us- we worked for years for this degree.  This graduation in once- in - a - lifetime for us.

Please send your final answer this week.

Kind Regards,
[The Ex]

[daughter] has school and already has an exorbitant amount of absences when she was in your care at [school].

I am yet again, disappointed that you broached this subject directly with [daughter].  Visitation MUST be done in writing between us.  You keep setting up phone calls, visitation etc with [daughter] directly in direct opposition of the court order.

As [daughter] stated to me, I am not the “hog boss” or “war president”  I do however follow the court order.

Congratulations, I am sure are in order and please take pictures for [daughter].  I understand that she would love to be there but school is more important... she is excited to see you this summer.

Speaking of which April 15th is quickly approaching - I propose Aug 1 - 15th for [daughter] to spend with you.  This will allow her the opportunity to attend summer camp with the children she will be in school with for the 2010 - 2011 school year and I am certain, she will have friends from [school] attending as well.  This will also give her a few days to return home and prepare for the school year.

Hi, [Custodial Dad].

[daughter] and I have planned our celebration at my Nursing graduation for years since I started the RN program.

Graduation is on Thursday, May 6th, 2010.

My family will pay for [daughter] to fly down after school on Wednesday, May 5th, 2010.
My mother can come to pick her up from school and take her to the airport.
My Mom will return [daughter] to [home state] on Sunday by 4pm so she can be ready for school on Monday, May 10th, 2010.

I need to book her flight with sufficient time.  Kindly respond promptly.

God Bless.
